Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Sporting Vault purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items under the following terms.
14-Day Withdrawal Period
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your order or return an item. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins when you receive the final item.
Returning Your Items
Once you have notified us of your decision to return an item, you must send it back within 14 days. Items should be returned unused and, where possible, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made using your original payment method and, where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If there is an issue with your order caused by us, please contact us before arranging the return.
Original Delivery Costs
When exercising your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express or premium delivery, the additional delivery charge will not be refunded.
Return Exemptions
Certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. This may include personalised or custom-made products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other products exempt from cancellation rights under applicable consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
